Q What do I need to take to nursery with my child?

As Kid Ease offers an all inclusive service the only thing we ask you to provide is a change of clothes and nappies/creams where applicable (over 2’s and/or size 6 upwards)

Q How much deposit do I need to pay?

Your deposit amount will depend on the number of sessions you register your child to attend. Typically we will request a 2 week deposit; therefore you will be invoiced for double the regular weekly amount. This will become payable when you register your child at the nursery in order to secure the place. The deposit will be returned within 28 days of your child’s last day of attendance at nursery provided the account is clear.

Q Who is your governing body?

All Kid Ease nurseries are registered with Ofsted and a certificate confirming this is displayed at all settings.

Q My child has special needs; can they still attend your nursery?

Kid Ease nurseries welcome children as individuals. Our staff work hard to support children who have additional needs with the help of external professionals if required. Please speak to your local Nursery Manager who will be happy to talk to you about your child’s specific needs.

Q My child has a food allergy?

There are many children attending our nurseries who have food intolerances and allergies and we are able to provide special dietary menus in most cases. Please contact the Nursery Manager directly who will be able to discuss your child’s requirements in detail.
